Honored to announce that my painting "Rise" has been selected for the 2025 CWA National Open Juried Show at the William Benton Museum of Art at UConn.
I'm thrilled to share that my geometric abstract painting "Rise" has been selected for the prestigious 2025 CWA National Open Juried Show at The William Benton Museum of Art, located on the University of Connecticut campus in Storrs.
It's such an honor to be included among the 48 artists chosen from a competitive pool of 400 entries. This museum exhibition represents some of the finest contemporary art being created today, and I'm grateful to have my work recognized alongside such talented artists.
About the Painting: Rise
"Rise" is a 20x40 inch original geometric abstract painting on canvas that explores themes of ascension, growth, and upward movement through layered geometric forms and a dynamic vertical composition. The piece uses bold color and architectural structure to create a sense of energy and momentum.
This contemporary abstract artwork is part of my ongoing exploration of how geometric forms can convey emotion and narrative. The vertical orientation and upward-reaching composition invite viewers to contemplate themes of aspiration, transformation, and possibility.
