All original fine art by Shilo Ratner is packaged and shipped with professional materials to ensure safe delivery. Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your artwork has shipped.

Free Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States. For orders under $150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

All artwork ships via insured carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail. Each piece is handled with care to ensure it arrives safely and ready to display.

International Shipping

International orders are welcome. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

All original art sales are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each artwork, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll assist you right away.
