All Sales Are Final

Each original artwork by Shilo Ratner is one-of-a-kind and created with care. Due to the unique nature of original fine art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Include photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging (inside and outside)

  • Your order number

Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include an insurance claim or repair solution.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll assist you in tracking your shipment and, if necessary, file a claim with the carrier.


Prints and Merchandise

We will approve returns within 2 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in original packaging and undamaged. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
